PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Acrylic polymer Acrynax 30228 is a permanently tacky, 100% solid acrylic polymer designed for use as a hot melt pressure sensitive adhesive. It can also be used as a specialty additive to improve the performance of other adhesives by enhancing tack and flexibility. The product exhibits good adhesion to a variety of materials including polyester, glass, steel, aluminum, vinyl, fabric, non-wovens and paper. Acrynax 30228 provides a high degree of cohesive strength with outstanding resistance to creep or cold flow. Acrynax 30228 is a thermoplastic polymer which can be applied using a variety of hot melt coating equipment. This polymer may be used as is, or modified with compatible plasticizers, such as rosin-based, hydrocarbon, or terpene-phenolic resins.

Acrynax 30228 is suggested for pressure sensitive applications including roofing membranes, permanent labels, removable labels, tape, medical and vinyl (automotive and decorative) use.
PACKAGING
Acrynax 30228 is packaged in silicone-lined fiber drums @160 kg. net weight, and 5 lbs. silicone-lined boxes.
